MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND SUBLIME

GREAT HAIR STARTS WITH CONNECTION

Our team brings different personalities, strengths and creative perspectives to the salon—but we’re united by a love of hair, education, creativity and making people feel good.

CHRIS BARDINE

OWNER · STYLIST · COLORIST

With more than two decades behind the chair, Chris created Sublime Hair Company as a place where creativity, education and genuine connection could come together.

His approach to hair has always been less about following rules and more about understanding the person sitting in his chair.

Color, cutting, education and creating something uniquely personal are at the heart of his work.

But his favorite part?

Seeing someone leave the salon feeling like themselves—only a little more confident.

AVA REICHELDERFER

STYLIST · CERTIFIED HAIR EXTENSION SPECIALIST

Ava’s story with Sublime began as an intern, where her willingness to learn, jump in and become part of every aspect of salon life quickly made her part of the team.

Now behind the chair, she brings that same energy and care to her clients, with a growing focus on customized color, styling and hair extensions.

Her approach is rooted in listening, continuing education and helping each client find a look that feels like them.

For Ava, becoming a great stylist isn’t about being finished learning—it’s about always being willing to learn more.

CARIANNE BARDINE

CO-OWNER · BRAND + COMMUNITY

Carianne brings a different perspective to Sublime—one built around people, connection and community.

With a professional background spanning human services and education, including a master’s degree in education, she has spent her career working with people and building relationships. At Sublime, that translates into helping shape the experience and values behind the salon.

Behind the scenes, Carianne is involved in the business side of Sublime, including social media and marketing, community outreach, client experience, events, and keeping the salon connected to the community it calls home.
But the part that matters most to her is how people feel when they walk through the door.

For Carianne, “Come as you are” isn’t just something we say. It’s what Sublime was built to feel like.
